Founder
A husband and father of four, Chad brings 16 years of leadership in the marine industry to his role as a Founder of REC Intelligence. As Executive Vice President of Skier's Marine, he has guided one of the nation's largest family-owned boat dealerships, giving him a firsthand understanding of the complex relationship between Dealers and OEMs. Chad serves as the visionary bridge for the company, ensuring that high-level tech translates into actionable sales strategies that actually work for real dealers and OEMs. His mission is to conceptualize solutions that do not yet exist to address industry-wide friction points. Off the clock, you will find him working on his farm or on the water—skiing, surfing, and cruising with his family.
Daniel Richardson
Founder
A husband and father of three, Daniel brings more than 20 years of professional experience in application development, cybersecurity, and data security to the recreational and marine industries. For much of his career in the financial industry, he developed behind-the-scenes fraud detection systems that protected countless customers from financial loss, giving him a deep understanding of how to safeguard sensitive data while unlocking its value. He co-founded REC Intelligence to solve one of the industry's biggest challenges: enabling dealers and manufacturers to share real-time product demand insights without compromising customer data privacy. His mission is to bring enterprise-grade AI and data solutions to an industry ready for its next leap forward.
